Trove Titan TCG ISO Club ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a free community initiative by Collectors Edition Pvt. Limited. It operates as a digital notice board where collectors can post ISO (In Search Of) listings and connect with potential sellers.

The Platform does not facilitate payments, hold inventory, act as an escrow, or participate in any transaction between users.

By creating an account or using this Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use posting features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

• Listings must be genuine — only post ISOs for cards you are actually looking to acquire.
• All listing content must be in English.
• No illegal, counterfeit, or stolen card listings are permitted.
• No spam, duplicate listings, or misleading descriptions.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listing.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion without notice.

• The quality, authenticity, or condition of any card traded or sold.
• Payment disputes, fraud, or scams between users.
• Meetup safety or any physical interactions between users.
• Losses of any kind arising from transactions made through connections on this Platform.
• Accuracy of listings, descriptions, or valuations posted by users.

All transactions are entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend:

• Meeting in safe, public locations for in-person trades.
• Verifying card authenticity before completing any trade or payment.
• Using secure payment methods with buyer protection where applicable.
• Checking the seller's or buyer's reputation before transacting.

We collect your name and email address during signup for account management and lead communication purposes. Your contact details (email and/or Instagram) are shared with sellers only when you choose to reveal them by a seller clicking "I Got It!" on your listing.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your email may be used by Collectors Edition Pvt. Limited to communicate about future products, app launches, and community updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post fake listings or artificially inflate interest counters.
• Attempt to scrape, hack, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Use another user's contact information for any purpose other than the listed trade.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
